Spaghetti ZUZU

Ingredients
Spaghetti
1/2 potato
Olive oil
Courgette
1 anchovy
Fresh oreagno
Rosemary Powder
Lemon juice or lemon
Method
Slice the potato then boil till al dente Boil remove dry slices then pan fry with 1/2 anchovy in a tablespoon of Olive oil till with sprinkle of dry oreagno also till potatoes are golden.sprinkle rosemary powder on slices, rest. Then Slice courgette and use grill to cook till lines appear turn over same on the other side. Squeeze the juice of 1/4 of a lemon on the cooked courgette. When pasta is almost ready put 1/2 a paddle of pasta water in your frying pan that has the courgette potato add pieces of anchovy drop in pan add your pasta as well stir together then it’s ready to decorate and eat Put in a plate decorate with fresh oregano . Then enjoy! Bon appetito !
